Dedicated to Hair and people, Paolo Andreuccetti has had a varied career in styling.

 

Qualifying as a Barber in 2001, Paolo was selected by Alan Edwards to assist at the Manchester Hair Show just two years later. This was the first of many backstage engagements for the young stylist.

 

Paolo’s love of the theatre of hairstyling was formalised in 2005 when he worked backstage at Armani fashion show.

 

Four years after his first backstage position, Paolo was the Alan Edwards Colour Trophy winner in 2007. Commercial work followed, with Paolo becoming an active member of Alan Edwards’ art team in 2008.            

 

Paolo’s rock and roll aspirations were met when in 2010 he was requested as Head stylist on a music video for Australian drum and bass group, Pendulum.

 

A move to Rome in 2011 saw Paolo acting as Head Stylist for the premiere of Sherlock Holmes: Game of Shadows. This led to positions such as Stylist for the red carpet premiere of The Amazing Spiderman and Head Stylist for the press call of Disney-Pixar film, Brave. Most recently, Paolo was Head Stylist for the red carpet premiere of the latest James Bond film, Skyfall. Here he styled producer Barbara Broccoli and Guy Ritchie’s fiancée Jacqui Ainsley.

 

He is now plying his trade as Creative Director in Alchemy Creative Collective Glasgow, styling clients whilst helping to train the next generation of hairstylist.

In his spare time, Paolo likes to travel, ensuring he visits Italy (where he holds dual-nationality) at least once a year. He has travelled extensively, taking inspiration from every country he visits.
